NOTD: Shining Gold.

This design is pretty easy to do. All you need is a steady hand to create straight lines.

  • NK Base Coat
  • Sinful Colors "Folly"
  • Milani 3D Holographic "3D"
  • Milani Jewel FX "Gold"
  • La Colors Art Deco "Gold Glitter"
  • La Colors Art Deco "Black"
  • Seche Vite Dry Fast Topcoat

Folly is a very pretty dark pink shade that almost looks red at times.
I used Milani's 3D Holographic polish underneath the Jewel FX to hide any empty spaces.

I looove Milani's Jewel FX nail polish! I wish they came in every color possible.
The only downside is trying to get it off your nails. Oh, the struggle... but that won't keep me away!

@GorJess23 - use tape to create designs! u don't need a steady hand for that :)

  5. whoa! that look is crazy! How did you apply those large glitter particles on so thickly? I would need 5 coats at least to get a finish like that! And by then my nail is so thick it looks like a gel nail.

    1. lol thanks :) it did take a few coats and my nail did end up a little thicker than the rest.. it wasn't very noticeable though. Applying the other gold polish as a base helped conceal any spaces that didn't get covered by the chunky glitter.
